What can I say about this book but WOW just WOW. This is the first book that I have read by Rachael Orman and I can most definitely say that it will not be my last. Before I read Addict I read Lost Desires and I got to know John and I will highly recommend that you do the same. John was a mystery in Addict and if you read Lost Desires you will understand a little bit more about him. This book is not what I was expecting. I was expecting a lot more than what was going on and I'm glad that I didn't really get it because it set me up to wanting to know more and see how far things are going to go. Don't get me wrong there is the whole BDSM theme going on but to really understand what I mean you have to read the book and it will all make sense. I loved Alix because she is not what you would expect from the main female in the story and she keeps you intrigued from the beginning as well as the story. There was never a time when I was bored or left feeling like something is missing and I look forward to reading more from this series.

I love to try new things and learn from every piece of work I write. I'll write just about anything once to learn from it. I've even ventured out of my normal erotica genre into Monster Erotica. Doubt you'll find me writing anything not erotic as you can barely get me to even read something out of that category, but then again, you never know what I might try next.
Never stop learning. Try everything at least once.
